Our new VW in Wales

We got our new van in August just in time for our holiday to the Gower peninsular in Wales. Despite the rain, seven out of eight days, we had a fabulous time, and enjoyed being warm and dry. We did feel a little smug, however, watching those under canvas cope with the conditions. Wherever we went we caused a stir, especially with the surfers, everyone asked about the van, and we made numerous friends because of her. After Wales we decided to take afew more days off and travel home via the New Forest, where we met fellow VW owners from Holland who fell in love with thier ‘new cousin’.
One thing we have found since having our van is that it should come with a health warning, ‘driving this vehicle will seriously effect your cheek muscles’, we havn’t stopped grinning!!
Not only do we love her, but everyone we come into contact with does too.
